" No problem! " for Healthy personality


No problem! 
The correct phrase when annoying but solvable problems we are facing.I usually with this statement, facilitated my days, but it is also important to solve the small problems early. 
Do not collect or to exaggerate your solvable problems. 
When you're dealing with a large problem, which is not easy to, just think about how to solve them and do your best.If there is no solution at all, is not easy, remember that we are mortals.  
A successful careers also require ability and interest.
You want to please yourself.
Sorting your interests will help you determine whether or not would enjoy a job,but interest alone does not indicate that you have the ability or are suited for a job.
If your job requires a height of 180 cm.,and you are just 165 cm.
No problem!

Many jobs require workers to constantly update themselves.

There probably have even been time when you yourself wished you had greater self-restraint.Taking charge of yourself is difficult,but it is possible.If people consistently agree on your positive and negative qualities,they probably are reliable assessments.
No problem! Whether your attitudes are good or bad,they can be changed.Research has found that if people use their skills at work,they will develop a sense of competence that increases self-esteem.
Some persons are competitive,impatient,organized,and pressured by time.Lead stressful lives what develops heart disease.Other persons are less ambitious,more patient,and can relax more easily.
They have fewer heart attacks.
Adjustment problems can cause if you experience the stress of guilt,what arise from moral anxiety.
When you violate your own internalized morals,guilt results.
No problem! 
Guilt is natural,normal,and essential for maintaining moral standards. Unfortunately guilt can become excessive,unjustified,and harmful.
Can lower self-esteem and lead to constant fatigue,sexual frigidity or even suicide. 
Denying your guilt feelings is dangerous.
Guilt ,worries makes sleep even more difficult and less likely.This can cause inability to sleep (insomnia), also can cause adjustment problems.
Psychologists recommend a relaxing routine before bed.Ex.warm bath,watching t.v. listening to music.
No problem! Psychologists can treat guilt and insomnia.
Need to aspire for healthy personality. 

Relax,use your sense of humor.
People who find humorous aspects of bad news are less depressed.
Plan ahead and look to the future.
Recognize that you are responsible for your own success.
Focus on positive aspects in your life. 
The goal is to enjoy simple pleasures.
If you become involved in anything important to you,you will feel better about yourself.
By showing compassion and warmth,you will develop more tolerance for others,as well as yourself.
This will enhance your own security and acceptance of your weakness. How do you feel the "No problem!"in this writing?
