The importance of the vitamin B group


The water-soluble vitaminB group vitamins.All 8 B vitamins is important, because strengthen our organizational mechanisms.In the case of all, the deficit, excessive vitamin B intake, harmful.
-The vitamins B help break down carbohydrates, so provide it with energy, in the body,help break down fats, essential for skin, hair, eyes and liver for.Foods that contain vitamin B vitamins, such as supplements ; grains, meats, grains, eggs, cheese, fish, poultry, liver, dairy products, legumes etc.
