The power of vitamin C


The presence of vitamin C on the immune system ensure protection.It nourishes, strengthens and helps the body.It protects against diseases, strengthens the nervous system, stress adaptation.It strengthens the muscles, connective tissue, helps blood to clot.Vitamin C helps against the resistance of infections, wound healing, regeneration and growth.
It can be found in citrus fruit, lemon, orange etc,and in fresh vegetables,  cabbage, tomatoes, green peppers, etc..as well as a very wide variety of fresh fruit;
strawberries, currants, gooseberries, melon, apple. 
In the absence of vitamin C, the immune system weakens, and joint pain, fatigue, gingival bleeding etc. occurs. 
Vitamin C as a water-soluble vitamin, the body does not store, washed out, so constantly need to be replaced, especially in diet meal.
