Vitamin A is one of the most important vitamin in the body,was discovered in 1931 and since 1947 is also synthetically produced.In a proper healthy nutrition be taken into consideration.The vitamins in the structure (assimilation) and degradation (dissimilation) processes are also required.These materials are chemically different structures, such as,,stimulants,, are involved in the many reaction process in the body's cells and tissues.
A healthy diet is a condition of the proper use of vitamins.Vitamin A is often simply a lack of, or too much, causing many health problems.Is the most important vitamin in the function of the skin, growth, and the eyesight,is essential for normal cell  formation, is involved in anti-tumor activity, helps to fight infections and important in bone building.Increases in respiratory tract resistance to infection.

Vitamin A is essential for the eye retina functioning,protective for epidermis,and respiratory and gastrointestinal mucosa, is fat-soluble vitamin, that the body stores in the liver. 
Vitamin A,in vegetable as ;carrots, spinach,, kale, broccoli, peas,pumpkins, potatoes, and other dark green and deep yellow vegetables.
The vitaminA in the fruit as;apricots, cantaloupe, grapefruit, mango, papaya etc..Animal sources of vitamin A-containing foods.liver, dairy products, seafood, egg yolk, poultry, fortified margarine, cod liver oil, etc.

   The lack of vitamin A, night blindness may cause,which is a condition where the eye is difficult to adjust the brightness.In this case the vitaminA must be supplemented.Another eye disorder retinitis pigmentosa, hereditary diseases, the vitaminA longer slows the process of useful vision to blindness.The eye symptoms, dry skin, dry hair and nails VitaminA deficiency is the cause.
